Exceptional customer service and very knowledgeable staff. They go out of their way to help you get the right products for your job. I am a routine customer and have purchased all sorts of products from prefinished to unfinished flooring and each time the quality is just a little bit better than what you would find at another manufacturer. If you were doing stairs, the treads are better quality from lumber liquidators then from a big-box store. The best part about the treads is that each one that you purchased is usable, I have purchased them from a big box store in the past and have had to handpick and still had bottom of the barrel product. With all that being said, nails are also cheaper but I find myself not buying them from there because Amazon does subscribe and save that is less expensive and requires no effort.

What a great experience at this fabulous store! In an area where i couldn’t get any other hardwood installers to even be bothered to come out and give a bid on wood floors, was so glad we Happened by this place! Great service- friendly employees and very reasonable prices. Project was completed within weeks and looks wonderful. Don’t waste your time with unreliable contractors when you can just let lumber Liquidators do the job.
