Beverly at the customer service counter is a miserable person. She rolled her eyes the instant I walked up to the counter and huffed and puffed throughout the whole 2 minutes I was there. Maybe she hates her job—I can’t blame her.. This place is dirty, dark, over priced, and feels like a haunted ghost town when you walk in. I also heard the employees make very little compared to surrounding businesses. Pay your employees well and maybe they won’t be turning all your customers off. Aldi is right across the street and will get my business because of their friendly staff and fast service.

Deli closes at 7 fyi. Anyway, I have been shopping here on a weekly basis for the last year and a month (so about 56 weeks). I would say out of all of those weeks, I've had about 10-15 decent experiences. Possibly spoken to about 4 nice-ish employees. Otherwise, employees pretty much treat you as if you are annoying. One time, there was no one in the store or in line mind you, I asked where something was, the cashier told me which aisle. Another employee is literally sitting there watching me go up and down the aisle while I can't find the object. I ask the cashier again and she's like "it should be in that aisle". Again no one was in line and no employee thought to actually take me to the product. 😆🤦♀️Overall not great customer service.

I very very rarely encounter nice staff. Was told by a deli counter lady that I didn't need to wear a mask because they don't work. I didn't ask. There is a pandemic. You handle people's food. That's worrying. Store manager doesn't care either.

Yes but close early
Yes, but I wouldn't order any food that involves them using their hands. This place is FILTHY. When ordering any baked goods, deli food and/or hot food, you may get very sick. How does a live fly manage to get on the inside of a plastic enclosed cake is beyond me. Speaking of "bakery items", they have a sign that says something like "sweetest temptations this side of an old fashioned bakery". Uhhh no. Well 95% of these bakery items are not baked at shop n' slop. They come precooked(baked) like the cakes are prebaked and pre-iced. The only thing they do is decorate it for whatever special occasion you need it for. I know I answered the question, but this place is the absolute worst grocery store I've ever had the displeasure of spending anything over 50¢ on. Expired goods litter this store! If your looking for fresh fruit, never ever expect to find anything close to that here. Don't ask them to special order anything. You won't get it. This place should be shut down.
Is it on your receipt, if so there is really little to be done if they gave you all those things you said you didn't get.
I believe they do not sell it you have to get it at a hardware store I would recommend Eastwood Hardware in Penn Hills or Home Depot in Monroeville
