This was a very comfortable and professional experience. I was amazed when the forms I was required to sign were already prepopulated and only required my signature. That's a first for me in any medical office. I was taken exactly on time after a brief wait in their spacious and comfortable waiting room. The mri went well and I was gone. My only suggestion is that you find a way to coordinate with UVM so that the results are available to me in MyChart. Currently you fax the report to my primary and it never appears in my online record. Should be easy enough to fix.😊

These folks are the best! I’ve had numerous MRI’s at Vermont Open MRI since I was diagnosed with cancer in 2001 and never once have I been disappointed with the professionalism and care I’ve received. Just last month, and 6 days apart, I had 2 separate MRI’s which included my Thoracic and Lumbar spine. Being severely claustrophobic and prone to panic attacks (even after taking meds) the technicians went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and “at ease” with the process. The results were forwarded to my referring doctor the following day. I highly recommend Vermont Open MRI and wouldn’t hesitate to go back there again. I would gladly give the owners and their staff 10 Stars if I could because they are just that awesome!
