Mediocre station, staff is rude af tho, would yell at ya for tapping your card too slow (off peak hours, zero other passengers in line).

Sam the ambassador helped me and my family out on getting a one day pass for the station. Even asked our plans for the day and let us know the freedom trail was already a block away! Gave us exact directions and even showed us a few extra tips on using the kiosks for when we visit Boston again. Very kind and took his job very seriously.

The employee said the train was free today after I already bought a ticket and refused to give me a refund. The station itself was relatively clean.

The whole thing is either covered in mold or soot. I'm really not sure which, but I do know as an asthmatic this place bothered my lungs. I love the market and it's prices, but this place needs to do something to fix its many leaks and must issues.
