Me and my friend were waiting to pick up my lawyer from here and we went in because we had to use the toilet from waiting. We proceeded to walk in and they told us to empty our pockets and I had my lucky Taco Bell hot sauce on me and the women with the boys haircut made me put it outside, very unprofessional, I can’t believe this is what my California taxes go to. I technically own part of this building and I can’t even bring my mild hot sauce in to go potty??

The Clerk at the window was very friendly and helped get me the documents I needed and quickly. She directed me to self help as well so they could help me fill out the forms.

If there was a score lower than 1 star, I would give it. When you first enter the building, there are two bozos that they call security guards. They immediately intimidate you and make the security process pretty uneasy. The short bald guy has a horrid attitude, and the big fat guy just glares at you as if you were a threat, which is funny because he’s more of a threat than anybody will ever be. Also, the wait times are horrible and the clerks are very rude and talk down to you. I came here to ask about my jury duty letter and instead was met with “well instead of coming here and asking us go read about it”. Never again will I step foot inside this clown house.
