Lobby Always closes super early even tho No cars in drive tru .. for like the last 2 months not cool

No greeting. They ignored the front line of people assuming they were all door dash. I and the people behind me ended up ordering on the app after waiting 5 minutes to be acknowledged. If you’re going to ignore the front, get your kiosks and drink machine up. Don’t leave one 65 year old lady in over her head. Manager had 0 customer service skills. Didn’t smile once. Just shouted numbers and left things on the counter.

Bathrooms closed ‘due to Covid’ more like ‘we’re too lazy to clean them.’ When traveling people need a place to eat and use the facilities. If people can walk into your store to order they should be able to use the restroom. We won’t stop at this location again. The McDonalds 6 miles away had open restrooms.

Most annoying thing is all the employees hang out in the kitchen usually having to wait atleast 5 min just to get noticed for someone to take my order. Remember back in the day they always had a cashier ready and waiting to take orders? Didn't seem to be short staffed. Anyway food first time was descent fries were all nubs each time I went and food got worse with each subsequent trip. Last trip my big mac was cold cheese never melted and they had seemingly run out of ice. It was 100 outside and the drink had just enough cubes to be immediately watered down as I stepped out the door. Locked up at 4:45 pm on a Saturday.
