Thrashed my license plate and bent it in a 90 degree angle. No idea how that is even possible. I gave the owner a call and he was less than apathetic. He claimed that it's a standard issue with ALL car washes. An interesting statement to make when I've taken my car through dozens of unique car washes and have never had a problem, nor have I ever heard of anyone else having that issue. Someone else's license plate was also on the ground by the exit.

I have been there three times last month and a half and have bought a service where I get a bonus vacuum coin and have never gotten one. So it sounds like they don't stop by to maintain their machines that often.

I paid $17 for the car wash & my SUV is still filthy on the outside. I am super dissatisfied & feel like I have been ripped off.

They used to have touchless. Now it just bends up lisence plates and leaves soap on your car. Sometimes it’ll clean your wheels, sometimes it won’t. That’s just a gamble you will have to take. Trash cans are usually packed full. Some days it will spray the undercarriage, some days it won’t. If you love inconsistency and wasting your money, go here. I mean I still do. We don’t have many options in Coos Bay but the ones we do have definitely suck. This is no exception. I’m sure they know that. If you want your car to shine. Do it yourself.
