Oops Oops

Sold me a new washer. But now it's broke, been broke for 4 weeks. Under warranty but service tech can't fix the problem it will be another two weeks before part comes in so 6 weeks we will be without a washer, then my warranty will be expired. Washing machine sounds like it has a load of silverware crashing around in the bottom. If I would have bought from Lowes they would have replaced the washer already. I would like so support the little guy but if this is what you get when you buy there your better off to go somewhere else.

Wow this place is Great. Tom walked up and helped my wife and I find tube perfect washer and dryer set. The prices are really affordable. All the workers where nice and friendly. From start to finish I was very pleased with the quality sales and service I received at Appliances Direct. Tom was amazing in his patience while I deliberated on the best refrigerator for our needs and answered many questions through the process. Once a model was chosen, we were put on the delivery schedule for the following day. Josh and Cayman arrived on time and made quick work of removing the old refrigerator and installing the new one. They were courteous, professional, and efficient. They answered questions and also provided a mini tutorial.
