My mothers pipe burst and it flooded her entire first floor and basement. Servepro came out and extracted the water. They had their equipment here for awhile but the manager joe got involved and put my mother at ease. Overall they did a good job and it was handled well.

My hot-water heater broke and ran water into my basement all day. The plumber wouldn't replace the tank until the water was removed, but he said I needed to call someone else to remove it! (His review isn't as good as this one ;) I found Serve-Pro and want to thank Neil and Peter! They showed-up shortly after my call, pumped the basement, saved many of my possessions and dried everything quicker than I thought possible. I appreciated their 5-Star performance! Thank you

Yes, we accept all insurance claims. Each of our clients who uses an insurance claim is assigned a Project Coordinator to help them process their claim from start to finish.
