Yes, no matter where you have gone for your immunizations, they can print out a report for you there. Your child’s pediatrician should be able to do the same thing for you.
They do covid-19 testing and vaccinations you just have to call to schedule an appointment.

If you've had your vaccinations done here then they will be in the system. We do not usually have records from private practices unless a patient requests them to be transferred from a private doctors office to the state's records. If it was out of state then no, we wouldn't have them.
