This was a very negative way for me to see how their security works there but they could have also went about it in a better manner.
Why is it when you bring back a craftsman hand tool to lowes that they still sell that you bought from them they tell you it's not their problem to call craftsman. I mean that's not being nice and not standing behind their productsm
