Poor customer service, poorly stocked. The employee working there today couldn't seem to find time to help me find the right size and fit in the shoes I wanted. But she sure did make time to tell me (out of all the other customers in the store) that they were closing soon. Glad I didn't spend a dime here.

I read most of the reviews and there are many people very happy with this store. Unfortunately I come to this store pretty often and I rarely get to experience the great customer service that everyone is talking about. Today's experience made decide to write a review because the cashier Sophia made me feel so uncomfortable when trying to use a coupon. I just think, if DSW send us coupons is because they want us to use them. So why give clients a hard time when they want to use them. This has happened to me several times with different associates in the same location. I give 2 star because I like the shoes but customer service takes 0 stars

Went to get work shoes. Thank goodness they had my size and in wide width. The store was nice and clean, people were friendly but the parking was rediculous!! I'd definitely shop here again but next time I'll have my husband drop me off so that I can run in and shop and he can try to find a parking spot,lol.

My first time shopping here in store. Great experience and found two great pairs if work shoes. Also, Sophia the team member who helped me with my return and purchasing was absolutely amazing!!! Sophia is very fast, top notch customer service and making sure I received any perks or discounts available to me. I definitely look forward to my next visit. Thank you Sophia your awesome!!!
