I tried to use a 25% off store ring code (that's supposed to be valid for another 11 days) and it wouldn't work. Kia at the front checkout was very patient and helped me through an uncomfortable process of trying to get it to work. She helped me get my discount and did it with a smile.

I love Express clothes and they always have sales, but I'm not a big fan of shopping at the mall and online stores tend to have more sizes and merchandise than in store, so I shop online more often. However, I want to give major kudos to Daniel and Lauren at the Roseville Galleria Express for a recent in store exchange experience. I had a return from online that I went in store for and I used my rewards points and let's just say it got super complicated. Daniel and Lauren were very courteous and kind in helping me exchange my items and went above and beyond to ensure my transaction was smooth and effective. I appreciated their consideration and help in my situation. I'm not one to post a review on a retail store, but this Express always has the most friendly and helpful employees, which is why I continue to come back here! Not to mention, they increased their military and student discount to 15% - awesome!

Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in 5-7 business days for the United States and selected Territories. Business days are limited to M-F 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST, not including holidays. The Express fulfillment center is closed for the observance of major United States holidays.
Express will accept returns and exchanges for items purchased in our U.S. stores and online based on the following requirements. We will not accept a return or exchange if requested more than 60 days after the purchase. Third party branded products purchased online cannot be returned in stores.
