It says that you close at 8:pm got there at 6 :pm and you guys are closing!!!! And refuse to help. The first time it was great customer service, after today unfortunately I will most definitely never go back.

I ordered boots and had them sent to store, after the sales person had spent a good 20 minutes answering questions and making suggestions while I tried on different pairs. When they arrived I was called to let me know I could come get them. When I got there I tried on the boots I ordered and really didnt like the look. I ended up finding a completely different pair which they let me exchange for without making me feel bad in any way. Thank you BootBarn for helping me and educating me on what would be most comfortable for me.

Staff was attentive but not annoying. I was asked by every employee if I needed help. When I said I was OK and just looking they respected that and let me check things out at my leisure. There are so many boots it's incredible. There is also quite a bit of quality work and western wear. I was not expecting to see what I did when I walked in through the front doors. I was impressed. Having a choice of so many boots to try on to see how they feel is very cool.
