I sold my car to Bill Brandt. I got a Kelly blue book instant cash offer for my car and Bill Brandt Ford reached out to me to honor the offer and buy my car. They did take a little off the instant cash offer, but not much. The process was relatively easy. They definitely gave me the most for my car over anyone else. The only suggestion I would have is to wire transfer the money or some other way. They had to mail me a physical check which took awhile.

Brought in our 2022 f150 due to a recall notification and a possible repair to the box light not working on a Friday (4/8) and had it returned to us on Tuesday (4/12). Our contact the whole time was Paul, from your service team. When we came to pick up the vehicle 1) we didn’t get a proper explanation with what was done on the vehicle. We had to ask to get an update - -he was not very forthcoming and seemed annoyed when questioned. 2) the condition of the vehicle when returned to us was unacceptable. It was definitely not in the same condition when we dropped it off. It was dirty inside and it looked like someone had their hair cut in there. There was evidence of cut hair (see pictures). Very dusty - from what we saw it looked liked the windows were left open. We know it rained and was windy that weekend. We’re not expecting the truck to be washed and we’ve had our other vehicles serviced by their dealerships. We have never received vehicles back more dirty than when we left it. This is a brand new truck for us which we keep garaged and uber clean.

I went for a 20,000 mile inspection. Biggest part of the inspection was a cabin air filter and they didn't have any in stock but they knew ahead of time what car I was bringing in. If I would have known this was the case would have rescheduled. I also have a couple of small warranty issues that needed addressing and they said that's a whole different appointment across the street. This is the only Ford Dealership that I know that does this. Every other Ford Dealership has all of their maintenance in one area and this would not have been a problem. Lesson learned moving forward.
