I have a few experiences being there and all of them were a great time!! This place is a local treasure!! Atv trails,guided hunts,great campsites,snowshoeing,snowmobiling,fishing and beautiful cabins!!!! And the folks that run the place will go well and beyond to make sure your stay with them is a awesome experience!!!

We always have a great time when we visit. It's an annual trip for us. The campground is so very well taken care of and George and Heidi are incredible. For a great camping and trail riding weekend Wilderness Pines is the place to go.

I had the worst time ever. Was told NO visitors but every one else had them at there sites. I just wanted my grandbabies to come and spend 1 night. I would have paid for them to stay with me in my pop up. When asked a QUESTION they were very hostile. Was told KIDS HAD TO BE TO BE ACCOMPANIED AT ALL TIMES when there were 2 four year olds running around every where with no parents around. The camp ground it self was very clean. The owners are NOT professional at all. Will NEVER GO BACK AND I WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANY TO GO THERE..

I love this place and the people who run it. My most recent stay was over the 4th of July. While I was there I got news of a medical emergency at home that my wife was in the hospital. I told George Hurteau who with his wife, Heidi, manage this great place that I had to leave and why. George immediately offered to drive me home so I would get there quicker, and to just leave my camper there. I didn't take him up on his offer and drove home myself. This is to give people some idea of how you are treated there. I live 400 miles away, and it would have been an 800 mile round trip for George. Love this place.
