I was traveling with my 5 grandkids from Southern Utah to the Redwoods. On the way home just before Redding my car started to make a loud noise and sometimes the power steering was not working right. We checked into a motel and at 7:30 the next morning I was at Bryant Automotive where I was treated kindly, efficent, and professional. I told them my situation and that we were headed home, they got my car right in, knew it was the alternator and had it replaced and we were on the road by 2:00 with a price I could afford and very reasonable, they knew how much I needed the car fixed and to get home. They never took advantage of me or my situation. After I got home I received a text making sure their work was good and we made it home. I wished we were closer so I could use Bryant Automotive all the time. Kristen

BEST BREAKDOWN EVER!! REALLY!!! I'm 72 disabled female traveling 2,000 miles alone, when suddenly everything started malfunctioning. Wipers, lights, brakes in the middle of nowhere, miles from a town. Called AAA and they sent; KEITHS TOWING, with driver LARRY HALL. I felt safe & rescued especially since a minute before Larry came, two cars with 5-6 men stopped to help, I think! I have a British Range Rover, and Larry found an ACCREDITED Auto Care Center for my car. BEST BREAKDOWN EXPIERANCE IN MY LIFE! Larry took me too:. BRYANT AUTOMOTIVE, located in Redding California. The people at BRYANT AUTOMOTIVE I simply can't praise enough! They went out of their way to make me comfortable. When they realized it would take awhile to get a part for my car the staff at BRYANT AUTOMOTIVE helped me get a motel to spend the night. They even took me to a restaurant to get a good meal to take to the motel. I made friends with some of BRYANT AUTOMOTIVES staff and even one of their customers, whom I will be seeing again when I travel through REDDING,CA. again! Good hearted, honest people! I suppose I should mention that BRYANT AUTOMOTIVE did an excellent job of repairs and follow up to be sure all is well. They charged me a surprisingly FAIR PRICE!! I truly wish their business were located closer to me, I definitely would make BRYANT AUTOMOTIVE my PERMANENT auto care. If you live in or around Redding California, I would go out of my way to make BRYANT AUTOMOTIVE my permanent auto care center for ALL my cars needs. Looking forward to a visit next month, maybe I'll get a oil & fluid change by these trusted people. Bonnie

Its o e of the best automotive repair shops I ever been to. It family owned and operated they went way out of the way for me a out of towner , to fix my transmission problem.. There services the gave to me was fantastic. I highly recommend them.
