walked in with a deposit and a wire transfer, teller was very nice and professional and helped me right away

Closing early! WTH is up with Chase? They’ve removed any visible sign of customer service, closed the teller windows, and now the bank is locked up at 5:00pm. Time to look for a new bank!

Both atms will not accept cash deposits. On top of that, they are "temporarily" closing at 5 instead of 6. No more safe boxes. Chase keeps getting worse by the day
