We had a very nice experience with the team at Central Jersey Pools. For the past five years they have provided excellent service for the hot tub that was here when we purchased our home. Sadly that tub had reached the end of its life and needed replacement. Our salesman Jerry G was amazing, he was patient and helped my husband and I find a new spa to meet our needs and budget. He made every effort to answer my thousands of questions, and was easy to get in touch with via email or phone. We were fortunate that the exact shell and cabinet colors we wanted were already on order, so we did not wait long for our unit at all. My husband wanted a special cover and once again Jerry and the team made it happen. Lastly, I need to recognize the delivery team, who was simply amazing. Our spa is an indoor spa and I quite anxious on delivery day. I was really impressed by how quickly the team got the spa across the yard and up the few steps into our newly remodeled solarium. not a scratch on the floors or tub and it was perfectly placed!

We got lucky and saw a sales sign in the front of the building. We pulled into the parking lot and within 30 minutes Elliot got us in and out with a new Hot tub. Hardest part was waiting for the approval of the permit from local town. Delivered when we wanted it ( we were flexible and gave them a couple of days.) We love it!!! Thank you

Central Jersey Pools has been opening and closing my pool for years. They make owning a pool easy. They pack up my cover, install my railings and shock my pool. They even installed a new pool filter this year.
