This place is fun and offers some challenging trails with slick red clay in most places you better have good aggressive tires and even better riding skills to make it through this terrain. I gave 3 stars instead of 5 because of recent trail closures and way to much logging going on up there also I miss the "bowl" mud pit and lower mud bog area's that used to be open to the public back in the good old days they really should consider reopening these area's.

Sunny beautiful fairly dry parking lot was clean not a lot of riff Raff hanging out directional trails make it safer for riding with my wife and children love playing at the creek when we're done and if you want to hang out and barbecue or have hot dogs over a fire they have fire pits and picnic tables for that also including a bathroom garbage can and OHV trail maps.

Love this place. The trails are well marked and maps are furnished. It’s a great place to take the family.

Pretty awesome OHV park! We only found 1 4x4 trail, but there are many motorcycle trails. I look forward to when more 4x4 trails are added here! The trail we found was less than a mile long and had great obstacles with bypasses available for all of them.

Yes, on right before you hit the Y in the road to choose which staging area you want to use
Should be no problem finding a place to tent camp within the trail system off of Crooked Creek or Shotgun Rd.
Last i heard its open but all this damn warm weather might shut it down again
Shotgun will open when the fire danger goes below IFPL 1
Just left there. CLOSED
Some spots yes.
Yes you can. Most people with RV's congregate at crooked creek ohv, which is part of Shotgun or at the bottom of the hill. And they can help you get to know your way around. Make sure you have your trail sticker, helmet, and atv safety card. Have fun, and when in doubt, power out! Cheers bro.
