My experience at Chico Nissan was excellent. My daughter and I had the pleasure to meet David our salesman. David showed great customer service and listened to what I was looking for. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming. We got the car we wanted and got a great deal. I highly recommend Chico Nissan.

A few questions: I brought my car in for the 60,000 services and to have my tailgate/trunk lift seen. The back lift gate was shutting automatically causing it to be danger, especially using curbside shopping. I took the car into the Concord Nissan for my 3000 oil change and mentioned it to them which they acknowledged the concern. I had the Concord location check to see if it was still covered through warranty and it was(matter of fact the service agent said, “I had great coverage “. Since it was last second and was only there for an oil change said I would make another appointment when I got close to the 60,000 servicing and have it repaired then. So, yesterday I brought it into the Chico Location. Turns out it was only a reset button was needed and this corrected the problem. I didn’t care that it was mentioned from Chico that if the reset button hadn’t fix it there would have been a $180 diagnostic fee? Seems shady, first issue. Second issue is the call where the service tech wanted $50 to scrub corrosion from the battery. Since I bought a brand new battery from Nissan a month ago why would there be that much corrosion in a month? Or did they just leave the corrosion that was there before I got my new battery installed. I would expect this type service from a Jiffy Lube franchise but not Nissan. let’s be real I could have grabbed a better deal on battery at any O’Rielly’s. Shame on you,Do Better

Comprehensive knowledgeable service. Took care of what my vehicle went in for plus gave a great list of potential concerns which should be addressed down the road. Amazingly clean shop. Please to have my car in Tip-Top shape!

Definitely recommend going to Nissan! Very friendly staff, Especially Frank in service. He always goes Above and beyond to help me. And service times are pretty fast. We had our car serviced today and we are pleased with the job they did. We be coming back to purchase a second car from here in the future!

Hello Ms. Bedford. We do have Nissan Rental Cars. If you are having service done and need one ask your service advisor for details and they can give you a run down of availability. Or you can call the dealership 530-891-1777 and ask for the rental desk and they will be more than happy to answer your questions. Thanks for asking and we hope to see you soon:)
If its like my 2005 Nissan Altima then the fuel filter is located inside of the fuel pump itself. That means to replace the fuel filter you must replace the fuel pump instead.
I would check the spare tire compartment for loose parts If that doesn't work just stop by the dealership or make an appointment. They are pretty accomadating over there. Call they may have the answer right over the phone.
Richard, we do not have any Honda Elements currently in inventory. Although, we do have other Honda models to choose from. We do have a CRV and a Pilot. If you wish to see further details on these vehicles and the other Honda options we have. Please visit this link: https://www.chiconissan.com/VehicleSearchResults?search=preowned&make=Honda
Don't know. Find the nearest dealer and have it checked out.
