Had a date there. Very hot that day but what can you do? Nature trail is amazing, too.

Nice easy place to pull over. The lake is across the road which is busy. It is a beautiful view of the lake though. I wish the small hiking trail off of it was better maintained. There are no longer outhouses: there used to be. Otherwise well maintained nice little place to stop to stretch take pictures or eat a picnic lunch.

Great area to stop at an rest an eat food or pinick at or just to take a nap or sleep over night

This rest stop is near Norway Lake and you will enjoy it. If you get take out at one of the businesses in town and want a nice place to park and eat, this it. A short distance from the center of town.
