Had the same experience as the reviewer (Jason Matthew) before me had. Ordered a remote transmitter for a fan that's probably close to 20 years old. Replaced with the new transmitter and it works great!. My mom has mobility issues so her being able to use the remote again was important and a great relief for me as well. Wish I would've ordered sooner! Thanks for an easy transaction and speedy shipping. Definitely would recommend!

I should have ordered this replacement remote for my teevee a couple of years ago. It feels so good now to have all the buttons do what they should, and do it quickly. If your remote is getting sluggish, don't even think about it - just buy one from these folks. I ordered it 4 days ago, for less than $20, and now I have it in my hand. Fabulous service, great remote. Happy customer.

I am a 1st time buyer, actually, I had never heard of this company, till I found it on Google. However, I will tell you, when I placed my order, it stated I wouldn't receive my product till April 11th, came home yesterday April 6th and it was here already. I just placed the order on April 3rd. I had purchased a product ( stated same info on Amazon), received it 4 days later ( with Amazon prieme), and it was not the correct item. Took 2 days, and a 45 minute phone call, to get an actual printable label, from a representative. I am super happy with my item and the quick service I received from this company!!
