On a van I have they installed a brake controller and wired for trailer lights, other than a minor misunderstanding, they did a great job. Everything works correctly and was a neat job.

I'm delighted to write this review for Leonard Truck Accessories in Greenville, NC. Richie (the manager), has been outstanding, courteous, and very knowledgeable with any questions that I've had with the product that we've purchased. My parents have used Leonard's in the past for various needs, now I can see why they've continued to be repeat customers. Another important thing to know about Richie, is that he's a great problem solver. He knows how to think quick on his feet, look at the resources at his disposal, and make appropriate decisions to ensure that the customer's experience is genuine and successful. The staff in general have been responsive and have contributed to an overall successful experience for us. I would recommend this store and the staff to anyone. I would however, suggest that they hire additional staff, as there are times that I've observed there to be so many customers, that it's tough for the staff to get to everyone without a bit of a wait. I'm sure this is beyond Richie's control, but this store is so busy and such a strong foundation in the local community, that it deserves the best! You can bet that I'll go back to this store if I should have any product needs that they can assist with in the future! Thank you Leonard's Building and Trucking!

I went to Leonard to get a hitch installed that I previously purchased I tried to install it myself and just could not figure it out. The installer there "Omar" was very generous he greeted me with respect and told me it would not take long at all. The instructions in the package stated it would take 2 hours for the installation and he did it within 45 minutes. By himself. I am still trying to figure out how he lifted it into place. He did a amazing job and I offered him a tip but he would not take it. I highly suggest anybody that needs anything truck related to go to this Leonard he does amazing work.
