They gave me the rental with a gas tank about 3/4 full I'd say a little less, the employee who gave me the rental even said "the tank is about 3/4 full and we expect to get it back around the same". But on the rental agreement papers they listed the fuel as "FULL" and they charged me a refuel charge even though I gave it back to them the same.

The staff was excellent. Very professional, quick, precise and warm, friendly approach. The car was clean and in best shape. What I would pay was transparent, with no surprise add-ons. Experience was beyond any normal expectations. Congratulations.

Had an amazing experience here at the Enterprise Lynn rental. I needed to extend my rental twice and it was no problem. Nicest people working there. And Gabe Zibaitis was absolutely charming. This is my new favorite rental agency and the prices cannot be beat.

Couldn't have been an easier experience. Jim Nelson stopped by Saugus auto body to introduce me to my rental vehicle while my car is being repaired. I give him 10/10 stars for customer service. He was very kind and helpful.

Yes,every time. And any location. I rented from Gloucester Mass and I returned a New Hampshire they picked me up and dropped me off in New Hampshire. They have great customer service.

Can I pick up a car after 6pm, probably about 7pm on a Tuesday

They usually charge a fee for dropping off at a different location from where you rent.

I came to drop the car but is close where I have to take the car near by

There should be a dropbox on the right corner in front of the building where you can drop the keys. I would still call the next available day to make sure they can expect the car to be there. I'd suggest to take some pictures of the car just to make sure in case of any dispute.
