If I could give 0 stars I would. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a rental company and I have rented cars all over this country and in countries all over the world. The radio, phone charger, and whole center screen of the car that I rented stopped working the day after I rented it. I reported this to the company and they told me they had no other cars available. The whole electrical system in the car broke about a week later. I called the company to report it. The first representative I spoke with hung up on me without offering any solution. I then called and spoke with the manager who told me I had to call and wait on hold with roadside assistance because they didn’t have the time to do so. The manager also told me he couldn’t guarantee I wouldn’t be charged for gas since I couldn’t tell him how much gas was in the car. I explained that I could not turn on the car to fill the tank because of the electrical issue I had previously reported to the company. It took multiple tries for him to understand this. The manager then told me they would not be able to bring me a replacement car because they were short staffed. When I called roadside assistance I was told I would be charged $80 for the service. Do not rent a car here.

Truly UNprofessional! and low key...very dirty. Hands down the most incompetent group of people I've ever encountered in the customer service field in a very long time. I don't know how they still have jobs. While I was in there today, I witnessed 3 other people coming in with legitimate complaints and getting blown off. Then after the person would leave, the management Chevy and his team of severely under educated staff began talking harshly and rude about EACH PERSON. I've been here twice and each car I had to bring back. One time they even lost the car for 4 weeks after I had returned it. Kept calling me- threatening. Then they found it..... Drive to revere it's much MUCH better ran and the staffing there are actually punctual and quick. I'm leaving much out but just to be honest with yourself and drive the distance.... you'll be happy you did.

super accommodating and friendly. Nichole is the best she's very helpful and get you what you need. If you are in need of a rental, Hertz on the Lynnway in Lynn ask for Nichole, you'll end up a very happy customer. I sure did.

Not a great experience. I got to Orlando international airport at night. got an upgrade the upgrade was no where to be found. finally after waiting another 45 minutes it appears and smells like cigarettes. I had to down grade at this point. the women who helped me at the exit gate told me to bring the car back and did not fill it up with gas. get my receipt few days later and they charged me $129 for the gas. it is common sense if I was told to bring the card back without gas, that what i did. if not i would have went to the gas station and put gas myself and paid less than half of what they charged me. I called customer service and spoke with a Javier. he was miserable to speak with, awful customer service and did not help. They were no help. never will i rent from theses people again.
