Update June 2022: I have already reviewed Furnish This in 2020 and gave them a five star review for being a great place to find quality furniture. In 2021 we bought more furniture from them to furnish a new home. We had an issue with an item and let them know. They went above and beyond to remedy the situation. We were very impressed with their service and their manager Arlene. We will continue to furnish our home and recommend Furnish this to people! We have bought a lot of our household furniture from Furnish This. We have sent family and friends to Furnish This. Each time we have been very happy with our expereience and this time was no exception. My spouse and I were in the market for a new sofa for all that Neftlix we have been watching (#2020). We looked extensively online, but decided to go to our favorite hidden treasure. We found a sofa we liked and the owner informed us he would have a new shipment of those and offered us a non floor model. Our sofa is made in North Carolina as is a lot (maybe all) of their items. We paid for delievery and the delivery folks were professional, put the sofa exactly where we wanted it, and took away their trash. We love Furnish This and are glad to see that the little warehouse that started in Durham has grown up in Raleigh.

I have purchased from this store in the past many times, I found a bed and two nightstands yesterday that I thought may work in my master and paid for them, since they were the last ones in stock. This was early evening Wednesday to be delivered on Friday. When I got home and looked at the photos I realized that the set was too dark. I tried to call the store back but it was closed for the evening. They open at 10 am, so I called Thursday morning at 10:15 am to cancel the order and request my refund. I do understand that once the furniture is purchased and taken from the store it is final sale. I had NOT taken possession of the items but was told even though they still had the furniture that I would have to pay a restocking fee of 20%. Almost the price of one of the items. I believe in doing right for others, "can do better, should do better" especially in customer service. I am frustrated, disappointed and saddened by the actions of Furniture This and its owner Tyler in this choice. Therefore, make your own choice in purchasing from this store but I can only support a local business that is supportive of its community and customers in today's difficult times.

This place was an amazing discovery! We bought four gorgeous pieces here: a TV stand, bookshelf, desk, and coffee table. Everything was unique, beautiful, and very reasonably priced. The customer service and delivery were both great too - shoutout to Sharonda for her help in particular!

I purchased a dresser from Furnish This and when the dresser was delivered, the delivery men damaged my hardwood floors, walls and the piece of furniture. Furnish This did replace the furniture but has yet to repair the damage to my home. I have contacted the person they said would fix the damage multiple times and have not received a call back. DO NOT BUY FURNITURE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
