Bought furniture from them and was told there was a few in stock at the warehouse. I originally had it set up for delivery on July 19th. I had to push the delivery date back a week to July 25th because my closing was pushed back. Called to get a new delivery date the week before and all of a sudden the furniture set was damaged and they would not get a new shipment until August 12th. Got a delivery date set up for August 17th. Called August 15th to confirm, got told yes it was still coming. A few hours later I get a call saying the furniture was still not there and could possibly come by August 17. No word from them. I call August 17 morning to see what the status is. They tell me they’ll call me back. I went through my entire work shift without a call back, so I call and get told they won’t be delivering it until next week. A huge inconvenience as I am having a house warming this weekend and now nobody has anything to sit on. These people just lie and don’t even apologize for the inconvenience they cause. Will update when my furniture actually gets here.
