What a great guy! This place was recommended to me as a wonderful place to comparison shop between shippers. I brought my boxes in and the owner let me know what the best price would be, where, and how to get it. Turned out, he couldn't offer me the best price. This is the type of honesty that I love! I didn't spend a penny at his store, but I will definitely come back here whenever I need to ship something. P.S. He helped me with carrying all my boxes in and out of the store. Truly awesome human!

Love this place. Feels like a small town packing shop. Best prices on town. And they even offer Notary service. Fast, efficient and definitely the best Private Mailbox in Durham. Location is great also. They even call me when I have packages bc they know I don't come on often. I'll never use another mailbox!

Sam and the crew are first rate. Been using them for years. And when they don't have an in-house solution they will help you find one. (They once helped me find a way to send funds--legally--to a colleague in Cuba.) Great local shop.

They pack my items very carefully, with bunch of foam to protect them. They also helped me choose the cheapest carrier. I do not think they charge a lot for customizing the box. In fact, after inquiring many of the local stores, their price is quite competitive.
