The UPS Store

I mailed 1 package from this High Point Skeet Club UPS. Unfortunately, the packages were send back .The Lady at the front desk said it was wrong address -the same address we could locate it on GPS and did a google search it was the right one and I resent the package with the same address with one day delivery and it was delivered the next day . The miserable part is that she charged with 2 times and 2nd time was double the cost of the first one . The same lady took my phone number and was supposed to call me for a refund but she never called and never refunded my 1st paid and undelivered package amount. She was being very rude and arrogant.

We have used this UPS store for our packaging and shipping needs for years now. We have always received great service and our packages have always arrived at their destination on time. We have stopped using the Post Office all together and started using this UPS store for all of our mailing needs as well. Yes, it gets to be a bit expensive to ship birthday and Christmas cards but atleast we know they will actually arrive. We will continue to use this store and we recommend giving them a try if you haven't already.

Went in to mail a package. Another lady and I were waiting by register for a good while. Associate didn't say anything to us like "one moment" or "I'll be with you in a min". No acknowledgement. We both ended up leaving.

I am in this store frequently and the customer service is always top notch. Everyone is friendly and professional. I have witnessed the employees getting blamed for things that are out of their control and they always handle the situation with ease and grace. I am completely confident when Amy notarizes my anything for me that it is done correctly! Always a great experience!
