I have been to this store a lot through the years. They are a busy store, but work swiftly to get you in and out the door. Are always polite and courteous. I am shocked by the hateful reviews I am reading. They seem overly attacking and critical. Honestly, it makes me realize what a difficult job it must be to deal with all the different personalities and increases my already high opinion of the store staff and what a great job they do.

First let me start off by saying the gentleman working was dealing with a very hateful customer to start off the day first thing. It bothers me how people treat folks working behind the counters especially during these trying times. Let me finish by saying the guy working handled the situation very well and kept a positive attitude the whole time no matter how hard it was. When it was my turn all I had was a return and he made the process so painless and made conversation with me as if we knew each other. Fantastic customer service on his part!! I hope this young man knows how good he is at what he does and doesn't let the difficult ones ruin his day. I just thought he needed to hear that after that nasty encounter, so I just had to share MY experience. Great job and great location!

I was pretty sure UPS could accept USPS packages. I had two packages one for UPS and the other USPS. I was told that UPS don't accept USPS packages and I can go to the post office. Well the post office was closed and I needed to send this package back. I asked the employee why not because there is a USPS package sitting on the back counter. He tells me they only process packages for mailbox holders, which is a lie. I will be contacting his supervisor.

Beware of shipping items from this store. Your item might not make it to the UPS hub to be shipped. If you have no other choice, consider paying for the extra insurance even though you aren’t asked. If you don’t pay for the extra insurance and your package magically disappears, all you will get is $100 at some point. We have yet to receive the $100 or an explanation. An item was taken to this store to be shipped on the 24th of January. The lack of care and lack of professionalism from the employees and owner of this store is unbelievable. The owner screens his calls, won’t return messages, or delegates the responses to the unprofessional manager. No apologies or answers have been given. There needs to be some accountability from the owner of this store. We contacted UPS and visited the UPS hub in High Point to locate the package. The tracking information only said the label was created. There is no proof the package ever left this UPS store. The only explanation is our package was stolen by someone in the store. They cannot prove otherwise. A police report was filed, not that anything can be done about it.

Yes you can, you can have packages sent to our store or you could open a mailbox with us and use our store as the address for your business, our mailboxes give you a physical business address, not a p.o. box. You can receive packages along with mail and you have 24h access to your mail and access to your packages during business hours, this includes Saturdays!
Yes, our hours on Sunday are 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM. Hours may vary on holidays, please visit our website for our latest hours and more information.

Yes, our goal is to have a notary available at all times. Thus, we have multiple notaries. We still advise to give us a call before coming just to save a trip if by chance the notary scheduled was unable to be present in the store. We also have a traveling notary if you are unable to come to the store. 🙂
