Shocked to read the other reviews. We bought a great Rowe couch for thousand less than other locations. They were friendly and the delivery was quick. I will update if I have any issues. I will shop there again. Our sales Rep Pete was great.

Undoubtedly the WORST furniture company to deal with. Purchased a couch from these criminals last year and everything was easy peasy until we reported a defect with the merchandise. After going through the proper channels, they requested we provide the appropriate information to show defects. After providing this information numerous times and in different format, the company stated the product was as it should be. This looks like your typically negative review; however the product had noticeable craftsmanship problems that did not show up on the floor model. The company's return policy is laughable at best considering their poor accountability in providing an adequate product. Couch cost over $2,400 and serves up constant back pain that is worse than the previous couch owned. I believe this could have been avoided if the company handled customer complaints better. Shipping takes forever too by the way and the DONT take credit cards. I can see why this company does not advertise its ratings to the public. Buyer beware***
