If I could leave zero stars I would. Anytime I have gone in there, no one is around to help or assist to find anything. I went there Saturday to get bales of wheat straw, waited outside no one ever came to get bales out of the trailer and it was locked so I couldn't get them myself. Went back in to the garden center twice, the gentleman working the register kept calling. No one ever came, so I had to go back inside to wait in line with customer service to get a refund. Very bad business . I will never go there again lowes home improvement is much more professional.

It would be nice if the older boomer employees kept their snide comments to themselves. Complete lack of care for customer service. I will not be using this Home Depot any longer for weekend work materials. At least they had a decent stock of material.
