Just got my X330 lawn mower serviced at the James River in Pfafftown. The service manager, Chris was a great help and made sure that my service experience was excellent. I can only say that when you walk into this store, you are made to feel welcome and appreciated. My mower was serviced and some adjustments were made that makes my mower work great! I can't say enough good things about Chris and the whole team in Pfafftown. You will not be disappointed with your service experience there. I live in Mount Airy and take my mower there. As a matter of fact my son lives in Dobson and takes his there also. We do not take ours to the Mount Airy James River. They do not appreciate your business there. If you live in Mount Airy or Dobson, take your business to the Pfafftown store!

Wouldn't recommend this company or spend a dime of my money with them. Last, week came in with my toddler to show him some of the Deere power equipment. From the time we walked in to the time we left we were not greeted our even approached by anyone for help. One guy was posted up in the front office layed back on the phone the entire time. I own a lawn care/ landscaping business in the surrounding area and the dealer I use has amazing customer service so I'll continue to give them my business as they definitely earn it.

Stopped by for a few parts to fix an older John Deere mower. They helped me get all but one, which is a very obscure part. But the Parts Dept. did get me a list of every dealership in the US that carries it and the part number which I didn't have to begin with. I have purchased two mowers from here in the past and the second one is still going strong 10+ years. They are sales, service, parts, & support!

Drove 20 minutes to get out here and they charged me $40 to change the tires on two lawn tractor wheels that I brought in - took 20 minutes. Would cost half as much anywhere else. Go to forsyth mower works if you can.
