Absolute slum lords! Never answered any maintenance requests regarding anything to do with our apartment including the roach infestation that we lived with for over a year. When we would call they'd leave us on hold and eventually hang up. When we moved we had to dispose of ALL our furniture. Then I filed a complaint with the AG they sent an exterminator to our apartment without giving us any prior notice. I'd honestly rather be homeless than have to live at another property owned by JH One. SLUM.LORDS!

Northeast Burn

This is the worst experience I have ever had with a property management company. I cant believe this place and these people are still in business. 1st off they dont know how to deal with people in a professional manner. Before they took over the property we live in and they now manage. We lived at the location for 3 yrs prior to them taking over. Everything was fine. When they took over they refused to honor us with a 1yr lease unlike the previous property manager. The red haired lady in the office (watch out for her) kept telling me we will do it next month or next week. Finally I ask her again for a copy for the lease. She got an attitude and told me if I asked again for a lease she promised me 3 month before ..that she wasn't going to give it to me. Then 2 months later I was late $300 and this company sent me an eviction letter. Where we had to deal with their lawyer in order not to go to court. For $300 I got an eviction attached to my name. I thought as a property management their goal is to save their client money not cost them money taking someone to court to evict for $300 smh. They really deserve a 0 star. When we went to court the court said that jh one usually has a ton of cases daily. I mean who does that. No landlord should hire this company to manage their property. They will cost you move money for nothing.

Truly awful, rude, and unprofessional. The service quality is dismal. It took them several weeks to come fix my bathroom when the whole ceiling collapsed (the work took less than a day). They nearly caused me to be evicted by failing to send in my paperwork after I delivered it to them. They even lied to my face: told me they would help recover money lost due to a rent screw-up... kept me waiting for months, then acted like they had no idea what I was talking about. I have also been yelled at and kicked out of their office (for simply requesting basic service) multiple times. They give this property a bad name; if they remain, soon the building will start losing tenants...
