8/4/22:. I received an email that the order that I placed online to be shipped to the store was ready for pickup. At arrived at this Grayson, GA location before 6 pm because I wanted to make it to Ace Hardware before they closed at 7:00 pm. Upon arrival the cashier directed me to a young lady that was stocking hats near the online order pickup cages/carts/cabinets at the front of the store. She looks for it and appears to get others in involved, but clearly that was not the case. She went back to stocking hats and later assisted another employee with a energy drink purchase at one of the registers. All the while I am standing at the front of the store with no order update and just being ignored. The employee that purchased the energy drink started watching/staring at me from different places while holding his pocket knife as if was a threat or about to steal something. After about 15 minutes had past, I asked the young lady stocking the hats, what was the status of my order. She replied, we can't find it anywhere, we are waiting on the receiving clerk to tell us where it is. I said okay and continued to wait quietly by bargain sales table/displays. After waiting another 15 minutes with no interactions with no employees, she told me that I could come back tomorrow or get a refund. I chose to leave and told her that she could do whatever, I was not returning to the store. I spent over 30 minutes standing at the front of this store. A total of four(4) different employees choose to ignore me for whatever reason and were not professional at all. I wonder why???

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at this store happened 8/3/2022 . The lady in the front Supposedly named “Becky” made me never want to shop at another tractor supply EVER !!!! Long story short I lost two chicken overnight to some unknown disease I go Grayson to tractor supply as soon as they open up. I proceed to try & find the proper medicine when I walk in I said hi ma’am my chicken before I could even finish my sentence she cut me off and said I am I’m a dog woman not a chicken girl go to the back ! I just bought my first farm house as a African American 28 yr old woman I wanted to become welcomed in the farmer world and she didn’t help with that at all . None the less I got to the back I checked on Google to help me find the right medicine without having to bother anybody and I go to the front to check out she gets smart and says I’m happy you now know where to find the chicken stuff I told her ma’am I’m already a member here I was just trying to find the proper medicine ! she then says And you think a part-time cash register girl at tractor supply knows everything AND I DONT ! I then told her well I would think by working here you do some type of research or know which medicine is bough often she says well I don’t ! Im a famous YouTuber the does hair in Atlanta and I just immediately asked her ma’am what your managers name because this will go viral if people knew how you talked she told me Lauren was the manager but won’t be back for 2 weeks ! I am now very scared to go back to this store if she works here knowing I’m going to feel less than when I’m spending my money ! I would rather cancel my membership and shop online than feel like I’m not welcomed !

Although they are a bit of a hike away, I like this place. They carry the dog food my husky eats if I run out from my online subscription. They also carry the Retreiver Chicken Basted Rawhide bones that my husky LOVES!!

We ordered some Bermuda grass rolls, and the service was great. Once our order was ready for pickup, all we had to do was drive up to the designated area, call the number on the sign, and they promptly came out with our order and loaded right into our vehicle. Great service!
