I have been a resident here for many years and love it just as much as the first day I moved in! Just an all around great community to be apart of, within and outside the gates of the apartments. What I appreciate most is the courteous and attentive staff. My maintenance requests are ALWAYS answered right away and the leasing staff is just awesome!!! Ms. Dionne particularly has consistently gone above and beyond in her duties—truly SUPERB service!! You really do feel like family here!!! DO NOT move here. yes the complex is clean but they don’t offer stability or a peace of mind of having a real home!!! my client moved here more than 2 years ago never ever late on rent when came time to renew the lease they chose to not allow without any reason. i believe they are only out for their own benefit due to them raising their rent prices drastically they will make more by kicking you out after you’ve paid them for years! if you want a home you can depend on and trustworthy people do not move here!! they don’t give you months notice and they’re rude about it when something like this is very sensitive! i would say they’re nice people but they are racially profiling people SAD !! i am also going to the news about this place my client and I will be heard! put this place out of business or new management

Hello Annie, Unfortunately we do not offer a concierge service. But our team is her to assist our residents Monday - Friday 08:30am to 05:30pm, Saturday 10:00am to 05:00pm and we also have after hours service to assist with maintenance emergencies. Best Regards, Elisabeth
