Didn't cut my hair the style I asked didn't notice til I got home and all she really did was cut it too short in back, no layers all around like I asked for, wouldn't recommend.

I've been using this Great Clips for 5 years. I want my hairstyle short but feminine. I've had a number of hairstylists, but have found that Michelle is the best, so now I always call to see when she is working. She works with my problem neckline (twirly, swirly, cowlicks) and always does a fantastic job.

I came in and this was the third time I had come in where I was not listened to on what I wanted. i don’t go get a hair cut often. I always try to give the people in my local community the benefit since it’s just a simple cut. But the lady here I do not remember her name from the anger to be honest. She was the lightest complexion there today but I ask her to keep my bob at a good length. I have curly hair so I know it will dry and be shorter. She cuts it above my chin for the longest section. If you’re not going to listen to your clients or you don’t know how to cut their hair please just say so. Noting that she did try to give me a 5 discount after I explained that she needs to listen to her clients. But I hope my 10$ tip makes you remember to do better instead of just chopping the hair without a care. Especially for some people their hair is a form of protection and as a stylist you should know and do better. Take it as a learning opportunity as I know my hair will grow back but that does not take the hurt I have to deal with and seeing the other comments it seems I’m not the first to have this issue. Which makes me regret even giving the tip …fortunately for her I know how it feels like when you have to work and depend on tips. I’m not about to put a fellow human at risk of their bills. But please I urge you to listen to your clients or retrain. This is not fair to the people that come in expecting a professional.

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
Online Check-In can be used for all services except perms and formal updos. Please note that not all salons offer perms. Most salons require an appointment for these services, so please call your local Great Clips salon to inquire.
