I can NEVER get in touch with them, and ONCE AGAIN, we were supposed to have our recycle picked up yesterday morning... They did NOT pick up or recycle. We had nothing in the can that shouldn't have been in there. We are current on our payment. I don't know what else to do. These people are TERRIBLE!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!

Cancelled my account over 2 months ago and was on auto draft. Asked the office assistant to cancel my account and refund me for the 2 months I had prepaid for. Here it is 5 phone calls later and 2 months later and my account has now been drafted again for another 3 months! They now owe me for 5 months of trash service on a house I no longer own. Call the office, nobody answers. Leave a message, nobody calls you back. I actually DROVE TO THE OFFICE and had to talk to a lady who would not even open the door. Yes, I had to YELL through a door to get customer service. Thought I'd leave a bad review....maybe someone will respond to this???

Rural Garbage Services provide amazing service! After having dealt with the "big" companies in the past which hold no accountability for their lack of service or responsibilities of their employees' actions, it is SO refreshing to deal with a company that provides exceptional customer service and do what they say they're going to do. They've almost never ever missed a pick up. On the rare occasion when there is a missed pick up, it was due to inclement weather. On another occasion there was a missed pick up, and when we called to ask, they indicated that a large construction vehicle was blocking our road, so the garbage truck couldn't get by. Totally not their fault at all! We were told to keep our garbage cans out, and they'd come by for it some time during the week. Well, the next day, they came out and caught up on our entire road. They are a great company, and I can't say enough good things about them!

Is it weird to say you love your waste removal people? Because we do!!! Not only do they do the job, but they go above and beyond to say hello and dance to my kiddos who are always excited to see them. THEN, as if that’s not enough, they’re blowing bubbles from the back of the truck as they exit. Makes our family’s day every week. THANK YOU!!!!

If your pick up is on a Wednesday they will pick up Thursday this week
