Great experience at LAX pickup rental car. Even better returning to Kyle and his team in Ventura. So easy, nice. Joan gave me a ride home instead of taking an Uber. What a treat it was to spend some time with her driving me back home. It's a great service Enterprise has, picking you up, or returning. Manager Kyle is AMAZING!!!! I am a picky renter, I explained to him why I rent usually 60% travel and 40% client visits, so I need a particular type of car. He has always attempted and on 99.9% of the time has been able to completely keep us EXTREMELY happy with our rental experience. We rent at once or twice a month for weeks at a time.
