After recently checking out a couple other shops and leaving feeling meh.., I wasn't expecting another shop would be any different, but I decided to check out Steve's Tactical and I'm so glad that I did. I can't remember the last time, if ever, that I've experienced a beyond excellence level of customer service that I had received at Steve's Tactical. It wasn't just their customer service that is second to none. The staff assisting customers while working together in tandem completing different duties required to complete sales or taking a moment to answer a random or specific question and educating customers with a seamless efficiency that is near impossible to find. All this 45 minutes before closing and last chance to take advantage of this years MA state tax holiday weekend. I'm already looking forward to stopping in again.

Great store, great guy!!! I took my firearms safety class from Steve over 6 years ago. He was informative and professional. Since then he has opened his store, outgrew it and moved onto his current store. I highly recommend Steve's tactical for all your training or purchase needs.

Visited Steve's Tactical for the first time this morning. Very impressed! The staff was courteous and knowledgeable, and helped me with the questions I had. I highly recommend this shop for firearms and training - they are extremely professional!

My first visit to Steve's Tactical was today and I was very impressed. I was greeted at the door by a very friendly employee who then gave me his full attention and asked how he could help me. Ben and Andrew helped me out today, and I can say that I have rarely if ever had such good service at a gun shop. A much different experience than I receive at most gun shops where I am usually ignored at best. Steve's shop was also clean, organized and well stocked. I will certainly be a return customer and would recommend this shop to any other gun folks who have not checked them out yet. Thanks guys!
