My NP took her time really listening to me and making recommendations. I’m completely satisfied with the service I received. The waiting room was very clean and I was impressed with the cleanliness of the restroom, also. This is my third time using this urgent care and I believe that all the all staff members from front desk to providers are very competent and caring.

This is at least the second time I have utilized the services of Care Central. Thank you, thank you, thank you. As always they took the time to listen to me , then ask me questions and showed concerns. They quickly tested me, followed up with information and treatment. They did all of this showing compassion for me at a very difficult time for me. Thank you, Elliott

Nurse and doctor I saw were amazing. Very caring and helpful when I came in from fall I had at work. Doctor took the time to answer my questions and they treated me so well.

I came on 3 separate occasions for a COVID test to get back to work. I was told to come in at 8 AM for a test and then told I wouldn’t be able to get tested. And when you do make an appointment, they do not take you on time anyways, so that’s pretty pointless. Also, they have taken some walk-ins before. Every online time is always unavailable and they swear they are fully booked for testing all day long. It’s a very irritating inconvenience for you to be fully booked all the time. Trying to be understanding here, especially since nurses never really got a break during COVID, but it’s really hard when the staff is full of attitude and don’t even try to help.
