Used my massanuten $$ from the presentation here. There were bags, food, ski equipment, river shoes and more. Some items are more expensive than you can find other places but there are also items for a good price. I ended up getting a kavu bag, chacos, and a ski helmet for $190.

Really cute spot but it took forever and the guy made my caramel iced latte with chi tea, like who does that. Had to dump it out after like 2 sips :(Ms. Bell, We apologize that your Caramel Iced Latte was made incorrectly. We certainly do not put Chai Tea in our Caramel Iced Lattes normally so it is possible the cashier misunderstood your order or made a mistake making it. If you ever are unsatisfied with your drink from The Lift, we would be happy to remake it or offer you a refund. Again, we apologize for the mix-up.

the coffee shop inside is amazing. i ordered a hot caramel latte with almond milk and it was the best i have ever had. also the barista was very friendly and completed my order very quick!!

Souvenir shop with lots of extras. Designed with Massanutten guests and skiers in mind. Pretty good assortment of clothing items and even shoes. Wine and adult beverages, snack foods and essentials can also be purchased without the hassle of driving a long distance. Great service!
