Stopped fornpie and ice cream, left with some beautiful butterfly bushes on sale. The plant staff is knowledgeable and very friendly. Had a wonderful woman help me out picking butterfly bushes who was both knowledgeable and very friendly. Will certainly return!

We love this place! One stop shop for lunch, gas, fresh local produce and baked goods, groceries, beer, wine, and it’s a plant nursery too! I think most of the locals who converge on the deli counter at lunchtime take their food to go, but there are booths inside and a patio with tables next to the perennial plant area. The pickings are slim for hot food by suppertime though, so earlier is better.

We always stop here when we come to VT and get the apple cider donuts. So yummy! Come early to get fresher donuts. The cherries looked sweet and I wish I was in a position to grill the fresh corn. They have a deli for something fresh that you can eat there. We grabbed some local maple syrup, donuts, and sodas. Family run to this day with friendly staff.

This is an awesome find if you are looking for somewhere to stop off the highway. They have tons of local produce and fruit, homemade jams and my personal favorite, apple butter. They also have a full deli with sandwiches and soups, Vermont maple syrup and other small gift store items. Lastly, there is an ice cream stand attached near the garden center.
