If we could leave 1 million stars we would! Booking our October 23rd, 2021 wedding at Windows on the Water was the best decision we ever made. Planning a wedding during a Pandemic is no easy feat, and was overwhelming to think about, but Jim was an absolute dream and made the whole process seamless. From the moment we sat down with him, Jim made my husband and I feel like family. He was there for every phone call and email, left no question unanswered and was such a sweet man to work with- always there with a smile on his face. We were completely blown away by his flexibility and compassion, and his attention to every single detail. The venue was breathtaking; we had the ceremony outside on the patio, and the opened up all of the tent flaps to get the full look of the beautiful lake in the background (what other venue has that?!). Jim timed our ceremony to overlook the lake just as the sun was setting - my dream! The food was AMAZING! From the cocktail hour to the entrees and the cute butler passed desserts (which every venue needs to offer!), everything that was served was hot and delicious. Some of our guests had dietary restrictions, which were handled without a problem, and all of our guests plates were wiped clean. Our guests are still raving about how fantastic the food was 2 months later. Every single staff member went above and beyond to make our guests comfortable and feel welcome while providing excellent service. Jim checked on us throughout the night, made sure our vendors stuck to our timeline, and made sure my husband and I always had a fresh drink and full plate ready. We can go on and on listing all the reasons our wedding was the best day of our lives. But if you are planning a wedding, and are looking for a beautiful venue, with AMAZING food and the most friendly and supportive team of professionals to be by your side every step of the way, RUN - do not walk- to Windows on the Water at Frogbridge- you will NOT be disappointed!
