So far so good. I am new to SC and chose them to service my vehicle. Tyler explained everything well to me about my car. I love the booklet that you get about your service. It is very easy to read. I also thought it was cool when you pull in and it checks if your wheels are aligned or not. Overall everyone was nice and I will be back.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Jason Tollison was amazing. Dealerships in my area were no comparison to Fairway Ford. Jason's professionalism, kindness, and knowledge made driving two hours to buy my Mustang more than worth it. I absolutely love my car!!

I have had my Ford Explorer since 2015 and have had all of my service performed at Fairway Ford. In all the years of being a customer, I have never once had a bad experience and my expectations are extremely high. The customer service has always exceeded my expectations and the prices are extremely fair, especially for a dealership. Fairway Ford is a place you can trust completely and that goes a long way in my opinion. Besides my wonderful experience so far with my Ford, this dealership is a huge reason why my next vehicle will absolutely be staying in the Ford family. I highly recommend Fairway Ford. I’d give them 10 stars if it was an option.

UPDATED REVIEW - I updated my original 1 star review to a 3 star review because, the Service Manager did in fact end up reaching out and apologizing for the interaction I had. He showed compassion and care for my vehicle needs. He was able to get me an earlier appointment, which I actually didn't end up needing because my check engine light went off on its own. I called to cancel the appointment and I assume the person who answer the phone was the same one I had originally interacted with because she was callous and not once thanked me for calling to cancel. I understand that not everyone has a job they show up and enjoying doing every day, but having people who show little to know interested in providing good customer service is really discouraging. ORIGNAL REVIEW: I’ve been going to this dealership since I purchased my Ford Escape back in 2017. Today, I called and asked for any available service appointments to review my check engine light that came on last night. They immediately said they had no openings until March 24, which I find absurd. I’ve not once had an issue getting an service appointment at this dealership. I understand being booked up for a week, but for a month? Considering my cars warranty will be expiring soon I anticipate this is a tactic this dealership is doing to run out the warranty time frame. Which I find unethical and underhanded. I will not be going back to this dealership for any vehicular needs.

The EPA MPG is 44 in the city and 37 on the highway.
Unfortunately we are not set up to work on Motorhomes, our apologies.

I am sure they will get it fixed. Just can't say what they are going to cost for the repair.
I would still wall in see if u can get service
All employees are wearing masks. Waiting area seating is socially distanced. I was very impressed. tef
Great place to buy a vehicle, very good service.
Probably would be best to call the main office Ask for parts dept. So u can get a $ on them I bet they can order them for you Everyone is super helpful at this one Ford dealership!

A bad thermostat, blown head gasket, bad radiator cap, coolent needs replacing or no coolent. The best case scenario, radiator cap, coolent, and thermostat. Worst case, head gasket.
Wayne, that is Erika Grace Powell Faerber. She is the former Miss South Carolina. 😊
Just tell your experience and explain what happened.
I recommend you talk to someone at the dealership. call them
