This place is a JOKE!!! Lady Foot Locker’s employees obviously need training in customer service because the employees at this location are everything but great. Employees have an attitude when you ask for help. Then they act like you’re bothering them.. GET THIS!!! They literally sold me a $160 pair of used and dirty NMD Adidas. Though, it is my fault… I should’ve checked the shoes inside the box before I paid and left. I got home to find stains on one pair and the soles looked as they had been worn… Why? Why are your employees so lousy?

The store manager has a HORRIBLE attitude. It made me disgusted to even be in the store anymore. DO NOT SHOP AT FOOTLOCKER IN HAYWOOD MALL. They need to do something about him and his rudeness it makes people not want to shop there. Next stop is to call corporate because the behavior and attitude is not acceptable. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Can't never get no shoes u want cause the employees keep all the leftover jordans or other exclusive releases sell them to their friends amd resell them. Smh im contacting Nike on the issue.
