I am a tourist here. I had long hair. I wanted a shape cut. Before sitting down, I asked if they could cut it. They said yes they can cut it. I sat. They didn't even wash my hair. They wet my hair with water and cut it short in 5 minutes. Just as they did not cut it in the model I wanted, they also cut it short, much less than the size I wanted. I said blow dry my hair so that I can see if it turned out the way I wanted. She said they would charge extra. She didn't take me seriously because my English is bad. I've been to many places in the world. The worst hairdresser was here. I don't recommend it to anyone. 0/10.

I went at the scheduled time for my appointment and was sitting waiting for my turn. As I'm sitting, I noticed that one of the employees (blonde woman, tattooed, maybe mid-50's) was giving me a dirty look. I realized pretty soon she was looking at me like this because I was the only person still wearing a mask in the shop. I thought nothing of it until it was supposed to be my turn for my haircut, but that employee takes the person that came in after me! This woman refused to cut my hair because I have made the decision to continue wearing a mask for the safety of myself and others. This woman also told my husband two weeks ago that he shouldn't be wearing a mask. Unprofessional.

Visited Supercuts Hooksett for a shampoo and trim. The service was although quick,it felt a bit rushed. After the hair cut, they did not even dry my hair leave alone setting it. It was the middle of the day and there were no customers waiting, I don't understand the need to rush through the process. Very poor service.

A great stop for a cut. My boys and I visit every 4 to 5 weeks. The staff is always pleasant, engaging, and cuts our hairs just how we ask. They are open to giving advice on creative cuts that the kids ask about. Who knew what an undercut pompadour was?!
