I just blew in one Sunday to seek a diagnosis of something. The staff diagnosed my situation and advised I seek a specialist. Turned out that was exactly what was needed. The staff obviously know their stuff and made the right call. I will recommend this clinic to others. Really good professional service.

Hands down, the BEST Urgent Care clinic I have ever been to. Every member of staff that I dealt with was so genuine and caring, which I've never experienced to this magnitude before. Also, it didn't take more than 10 minutes for me to be seen, which is always a plus! Highly recommend :)

This urgent care is good if you need a Covid test, otherwise go elsewhere. I went in with a headache and extremely sore/swollen throat last week. I couldn’t swallow it hurt so bad and it kept me up all night long. When looking at it at home I could see red streaks and signs of two small white spots on my tonsils. Having strep many times in the past I knew I had a bacterial infection. At the urgent care the nurse came in, asked some questions, took a strep swab, a culture, and a Covid test. Strep and Covid test came back negative (my strep tests always come back negative). The PA came in and very quickly looking down my throat, listened to my chest, told me it was viral because a lot was going around and then told me I could leave through the front door. She was with me for two minutes tops. Never felt my neck to see how swollen I was. Never asked me any questions. Never gave me any advice on how to relieve the pain. Never gave me a rinse for the swelling. Nothing. She was in a rush and I was just a hinderance for her to move on to other patients. I developed more symptoms later that day and became very sick. It wasn’t until my culture came back 5 days later (positive of course) that I finally got the antibiotic I needed. The PA’s here don’t know what they are doing. They’re in a rush to see as many patients as they can and don’t care about helping the one sitting in front of them. I’d recommend finding a different urgent care. On the plus side reception is very friendly (hence the 2 stars).
