Our family and our mom , Ruth, have been more than pleased with the care mom is receiving. The nurses and nursing assistant s have all been more than compassionate! Sue, Jen, Jess thank you so much for your awesome care giving skills! The Thanksgiving dear that was out on for all the patient s was beyond what we expected. A room set up just for our large family made it feel more like home for Mom thank you all so much for making our experience easier and mom's stay easier!!! Your field is a very difficult one in many ways...we appreciate all you do!

Wish could give negative stars. Staff ignore call lights, document inaccurate information in patients charts and leave medication carts in the hall unattended with patients charts open for anyone to see. Guess the staff haven't heard of HIPPO. Tried to file a complaint and administration can't be bothered. Staff would rather joke around at nurses station rather then care for patients and earn their paycheck.

My experience at Health South was very positive. Each member of the staff was professional and kind and caring. The rehab part of the day really was great. I felt I progressed in my recovery and knew how to take care of myself and remain safe. I couldn't recommend Health South more highly.
